Tatooine

Tatooine is, objectively speaking, the planet furthest from the bright center of the universe using the standard spatial distance metric. It is, however, the planet closest to the plot. Clearly, the distance from the bright center makes it strong with the DarkSide, enabling interesting conflict. It is ruled by the HuttCrimeSyndicate, and has an ecology remarkably similar to Tunisia over its entire surface, despite what one would expect regarding latitudinal variation and such.
